What is your hotel address and telephone number?
Our address is 6121 E. Telegraph Road, Commerce, CA 90040. Our hotel telephone number is (323) 728-3600 and our hotel fax number is (323) 728-7800. For Reservations please phone (888) 676-3000.
Can I have your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and our check-out time is 12:00 noon. Should you need a later check-out time please see or call our Front Desk. Arrangements can be made for baggage storage beyond 12:00 noon should your room not be available.
Does your hotel offer complimentary parking?
Our hotel has complimentary self parking in back of our hotel. Valet parking is also available at a minimal fee of $2.00 per night with in and out privileges for hotel guests.
Does your hotel offer transportation from local airports?
We recommend that our guests make a reservation with “Super Shuttle” that will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at our hotel. You can see our Concierge’s desk for a “Super Shuttle” return to the airport. Off the internet, if you go to “Super Shuttle” you can make a reservation for pickup upon your arrival at the airport. A taxi from our local airports will run approximately $55.00 plus.
Can I connect my laptop to the internet in my guest room?
Yes. All guest rooms have complimentary wired/wireless high-speed internet access.
What amenities will be in my guest room?
All guest rooms offer the “Sleep Advantage Program.” Please see Accommodations tab for description of the program. The Bath Experience with the Re-Neu Botanicals bath amenities, high-speed internet access, cable TV, pay per view movies, voice mail, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee maker with coffee and tea, microwave, mini-bar and in-room safes. Starline Tours: Offering pickup of our hotel guests seven days a week. Starline Tours offers tours to Los Angeles, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, Disneyland, Universal Studios just to name a few. Please see our Concierge’s desk to book any tours.

Hair Salon: For your convenience our hotel has an on-site hair salon for both men and women.
Gold’s Gym of Commerce: Need that extra workout? Gold’s Gym is accessible to all hotel guests for a nominal daily fee. Please see our Concierge’s desk for complimentary drop-off and pick-up to the gym.
Gift and Garment Shops: Our hotel does have a gift shop that offers gifts, snacks and personal care items and both a men’s and women’s garment shop.

Our hotel features dining venues such as: Stakes Supper Club, Arena Sports Bar and Grill, Tropical Snack Bar, New York Delicatessen and the Las Vegas Buffet Restaurant.

I hear you have a casino located by the hotel?
One of the exciting focal points to our hotel is the Commerce Casino….called the “Poker Capital of the World.” The casino offers 24-hour, 365 days a year casino action which is adjacent to the hotel.
